Krishnapuram Palace

Krishnapuram Palace is located in Kayamkulam which was built by Anizham Thirunal Marthanda Varma in early 18th century. A distinctly placed mural painting, titled "Gajendra Moksha“, is said to be the largest painting find in Kerala with a height of 154 square feet. This palace is built in typical Kerala style architecture following traditional Vasthu Sastra and in the local language, it is considered as Pathinerakettu.
Bolgatty Palace

Bolgatty Palace is situated in Ernakulam district. This palace was built by Dutch.  This palace is now a property of Kerala state and is converted into a heritage resort. Swimming pool, 9-hole golf club, Ayurvedic center and daily Kathakali performance are attractions in Bolgatty Palace.
