Mexican Fajita: Preparation and Seasoning


A fajita refers to grilled meat, which is served as a taco, on a corn tortilla or flour tortilla. Fajita is an important dish of the Mexican cuisine. It is commonly available in all the Mexican restaurants. It can be served with various seasonings like Mexican Fajita with chicken, roasted vegetable fajitas etc. A fajita is easy to make. A sliced portion of meat is put in the plate, along with lots of peppers and onions. It is then served with flour or corn tortillas, salsa, different sauces, sour cream, etc.
